Eric Jude is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant Major with a career defined by advanced training leadership, organizational development, and mentorship across military, law enforcement, private-sector, and international partner-nation environments. Serving in the 5th, 10th, and 20th Special Forces Groups, he led elite training programs, developed foreign military capabilities, and advised senior leaders on operational readiness and force development.
Eric’s instructional influence extends beyond the military. He has mentored federal, state, and local law enforcement officers, delivering practical guidance on tactical decision-making, leadership, and ethical performance. In the private sector, he applies Special Forces training principles to strengthen safety culture, communication, and team cohesion—helping organizations achieve disciplined and sustainable performance.
Internationally, Eric has supported foreign governments through capacity-building initiatives, cross-cultural advisory roles, and multinational training efforts that improved interoperability and strengthened partner autonomy.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity with a minor in Organizational Leadership, equipping him to merge technical understanding with proven leadership methodologies.
